When can I expect the cleaner to arrive?

Seamless bookings and exceptional cleanings is our priority. We will always do our best to arrive at the time of your selected cleaning appointment. However some things like traffic are out of our control, therefore please allow a 45-minute window for your home cleaning specialist to arrive.

 

Can I reschedule or cancel?

We understand that schedules change and things can come up, so flexibility is important. If it is still 48-hours before your booking— with just one-click, it is easy to reschedule or cancel your cleaning directly from your email confirmation.

 

Canceling with less than 48-hours notice?

If it is less than 48-hours until booking, you can still cancel your cleaning by phone. However, please note that the deposit is non-refundable because the cleaning supplies and staff hours have been committed.

 

What are your office hours?

Your cleaning can be seamlessly booked online in as little as 60 seconds. However, if you need to reach us by email or phone we are available Monday through Sunday from 8am—7pm. 


Supplies and Equipment

We use eco-friendly cleaning products and provide all supplies. If you have specific product requests, let us know in advance.


Entry Policy

Please ensure we have access to your home at the scheduled time. If we cannot enter, a lockout fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.

Damage and Liability

We are fully insured, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage. If something is damaged during cleaning, notify us within 24 hours.

Pets
Please secure pets during our visit for their safety and ours.
